Digital delivery

Digital delivery should be boring in the best way.

Gumroad hosts checkout and secure file delivery for the current GardenWorkbench offers. This page explains what to check before relying on a download.

Current status: GardenWorkbench links to published Gumroad offers. The site itself does not collect card details or host the checkout session; Gumroad handles payment and file delivery.

What the delivery workflow should show

  1. The product page identifies the exact files, version, license or permitted use, price and delivery method.
  2. The checkout shows the merchant or payment provider, total price and any applicable tax or fee before confirmation.
  3. A successful order produces clear payment evidence and an order reference.
  4. The buyer receives the exact purchased files through a secure, access-controlled delivery route.
  5. The support route explains what to do if a file is missing, corrupt, duplicated or inaccessible.
  6. The refund policy is visible before payment and matches the product's actual delivery process.

Current delivery scope

The shop pages link to a planner PDF, a soil-volume workbook and a beginner bundle hosted on Gumroad. Review each offer page for current files and terms. A local file on the project or a preview page does not mean a buyer can purchase, download or receive support automatically.

File and version control

Before launch, each product will have a stable file name, version label, update record and replacement process. If a material correction changes a purchased file, the delivery and support workflow must explain whether previous buyers receive an updated copy.

Failed delivery and support

The final workflow will define how a buyer reports a failed download, how identity or order evidence is checked, how access is restored and when a refund is considered. Those details are not finalized and should not be inferred from this preview.
